Diesel Force

Large vehicles? Diesel problems? These guys take time to listen and to endeavour to find the right and best solution. I have a Heavy Vehicle that this is the only place I will take it too. Have tried others but Chris and Jayson have always sorted me out no fuss all care. Love their work. Thanks to you guys and the workshop clean tidy no job to big or small.

Be careful of this business. We broke down in a mini bus. It was converted to a simple 308 engine on gas. The engine blew (our fault). The engine rebuild was through another company. What should have been a simple re installation turned into a 3 month nightmare. The bus at the time was our accommodation and transport as we were traveling. We then had to pay for a hire care and accommodation for that 3 month period. Before I got any further I will let you know before this the bus made it from Brisbane to Perth with no hiccups. From here the transmission, the starter motor and the transfer case all had to be replaced or rebuilt. I will remind you - EVERYTHING was running well before they touched it. We have now found out that these pieces were all showing signs of being ran dry (on their behalf), the dip stick was also the wrong length so there was no way they could have gotten a accurate reading. Upon starving all these pieces of oil and fluid (their fault) they proceeded to charge us for their mistakes. Unbeknown to us at the time, we have no mechanical knowledge. Once we finally go the bus back we were left with not only a $20,000+ bill for what should have been a simple engine re mounting but also a bus that never drove properly again. We rang many times to say that is still was not driving properly and they could never work out why. It then sat in our drive way for 2 years because it would bunny hop and do all sorts of wild things when driven. It was not until we came across an honest mechanic that we found out there was not nearly enough transmission fluid in the transmission, by this stage our newly rebuilt transmission was ruined. Upon delving deeper into the issues and pulling things apart and looking through our invoices from Diesel Force that the honest mechanic found that we had been taken for a ride. After all how could they get an accurate reading of oil when the dip stick was the wrong length?!?! SO long story short - 2 years later and another $3000 and finally the bus is running again. We have learned our lesson - please learn from ours as well! DO not trust this company!

Had my vehicle serviced here and couldn't fault anything. Staff were very professional and notified me of any extra repair costs before carrying out with consent. They also vacuumed the interior, cleaned engine bay and washed the body. Highly recommend Diesel Force and their staff!

not happy after getting a quote supposedly at the hi end the finished result ended up being over also ended up 250 dollars more than any other quote and the other time it was done by another well known shop got truck back running like a pig with a dead short through lights and back brakes over tightened to the point of smoking after 2klm had to have a reputable truck mechanic come out and back them off on the side of the road so truck would move mechanic that had to come do it was not impressed as he said it was the most basic of jobs now im worried the whole job wasn't done properly do yourself a favour look around

After driving a bus full of students for an hour and half with the door alarm blaring it was amazing that the boys resolved the issue in a matter of minutes so that we could return home in peace!Thanks to Diesel Force for helping out!
